At 09:00, both sides held the third project cooperation meeting of this year in the conference room on the sixth floor. Vice President Yin first extended a warm welcome to the South Korean partners for their third consecutive year of visit and submitted the 2024-2025 annual review reports on social responsibility, BSCI, ISO 13485 and ISO 14001 systems. Subsequently, General Manager Chen of the R&D department focused on reporting the technological upgrade achievements of Ayida this season:

1. PBT elastic bandage: Through the reconstruction of polyester fiber and cotton-ammonia ratio, the tensile strength is increased by 18%, the air permeability is enhanced by 22%, and the residual adhesive rate is reduced to 0.03mg /cm².
2. 3D stereoscopic mask: Utilizing the new generation 0.8mm memory aluminum beam + double-point ultrasonic welding, the nose bridge fit is increased by 30%, and the side leakage rate is ≤2%.
3. Anti-fog mask: The inner membrane is added with food-grade plant-based anti-fog factors. It has been tested by KOTITI in South Korea and has an anti-fog effect of 12 hours. Its biocompatibility has passed ISO 10993-10.
4. Hand and foot protective gear: The existing 7mm neoprene base material is combined with medical silicone corrugated and far-infrared ceramic arrays, which have both anti-slip and heat therapy functions. It has passed the preliminary clinical verification of the Korean Sports Medicine Association.

The customer expressed approval of the application data of anti-fog masks in dental, skiing and catering scenarios. Three areas for improvement were proposed on the spot. Both sides reached a preliminary consensus on MOQ, delivery time, price and environmental protection certification of raw materials, and agreed to complete the final quotation before November 25th.

At 10:40, the customer entered the production area for factory inspection and audit. The process includes:

- Class 100,000 cleanroom: Confirm the online monitoring records of dust particles, and spot-check that 0.5 µm particles are ≤3,520,000/m³.
- Fully automatic mask production line: Capacity 100 masks per minute. 10 finished products are randomly selected on site. The average tensile strength of the ear loops is ≥10 N, BFE is ≥99.2%, and PFE is ≥98.5%.
- PBT bandage high-speed weaving workshop: Verify breaking strength, rebound time and formaldehyde content < 16 mg/kg;
- EO Sterilization Center: Review sterilization cycle parameters (temperature 45 ℃ - 55 ℃, humidity 60% - 80%, EO concentration 450-800 mg/L), residue verification ≤4 µg/g;
- Laboratory: Three tests, namely cytotoxicity, skin irritation and delayed-type hypersensitivity, were witnessed, and the results all met the requirements of ISO 10993 series.
