With many countries recently entering their peak flu season, medical institutions and wholesalers have significantly increased their replenishment frequency of disposable face masks. To promptly meet customers' inventory needs, Ayida completed the shipment of four containers of disposable medical masks this week, which were officially dispatched to overseas markets today.

From raw material preparation to final shipment, this production adhered to strict quality and packaging processes. All batches of non-woven fabric and meltblown fabric passed filtration efficiency testing, and ear loop tensile strength was tested batch by batch before sealing. Simultaneously, we secured cargo space in advance and maintained close communication with freight forwarders to address the uncertainties brought about by increased port volume and tight shipping routes recently.
Since November, inquiries for face masks from Europe, the Americas, and Southeast Asia have continued to rise, with some long-term cooperative clients already booking production for the next two months. Faced with the accelerating spread of influenza, we have increased flexibility in our production schedule, expanded packaging lines and inventory capacity to ensure that large-volume orders can be shipped within the agreed timeframe. For customers requiring seasonal inventory replenishment or bulk purchases, we recommend confirming orders and delivery dates as early as possible to secure production windows and ensure more stable, faster, and more controllable replenishment.

For inquiries regarding inventory, delivery dates, or OEM cooperation, please feel free to contact our sales team. Orders can be scheduled for production as needed, and we support urgent orders, long-term supply, and overseas customer distribution plans.
