OUTPATIENT CLINICS & HEALTHCARE DISTRIBUTORS

Source dressing packs, sterile gauze, medical adhesive tape and catheter fixation products for clinic dressing changes and IV care. We supply bulk and private-label orders with pack contents, product dimensions and dispensing units specified for your purchasing range.

Choose a common preparation pack with separate dressings for varied visits, or a dedicated pack for a repeatable procedure. Match IV site coverage and fixation to the catheter model and your clinical protocol.

OUTPATIENT DRESSING PREPARATION

Common Pack + Separate Dressings

A shared preparation pack suits clinic groups where the basic setup is consistent but contact dressing materials or sizes vary. Keep regularly used components together and replenish variable dressings separately.

Dedicated Dressing Pack

A dedicated pack suits a procedure that repeatedly uses the same items and quantities. Integrating the specified dressing can reduce separate retrieval, provided the contents match actual consumption.

Compare retrieval time, extra pouches opened, unused contents and the number of separate SKUs held.

The quantity per pouch changes the comparison. Ten swabs in one sterile pouch and ten individually packaged swabs are different purchasing units. Compare the usable quantity at each visit, including opened material left unused, rather than the price per piece alone.

03 / IV CARE

Buy Coverage and Fixation as Separate Requirements

A catheter fixation patch and an insertion-site dressing perform different jobs. Keep both functions visible in the purchasing specification, including when the selected product combines them.

Specify the Dressing

Match the coverage material and sterile presentation to your clinical protocol. Where a transparent dressing is selected, record the usable viewing area as well as its overall dimensions. The coverage footprint needs to accommodate the insertion site and catheter arrangement.

Match the Fixation Interface

Catheter hubs, wings and tubing exits differ between models. Match the patch or securement interface to the actual device, including skin contact area and the extension tubing route. Outside length and width alone are insufficient to establish compatibility.

Clinical basis: CDC guidance distinguishes catheter-site coverage from securement, specifying sterile gauze or a sterile transparent semipermeable dressing for coverage. CDC catheter guidance.

Finished dressing pack

Compare component access, extra pouches opened and contents left unused in a simulated dressing setup. Review the finished configuration, including the agreed glove type and instruments.

Tape with the selected dressing

Compare edge lifting, conformity, residue and removal under agreed conditions. Repeated dressing changes make removal behavior part of the selection. Any peel or holding-power comparison needs the same test method and conditions.

Fixation with the actual catheter

Review hub clearance, wing fit, tubing exit and skin contact area against the intended device geometry before an approved clinical evaluation.

Retain the accepted sample and specification reference for repeat orders. For fragile-skin or specialist catheter applications, the clinical material selection belongs in the product brief.

05 / WHOLESALE & PRIVATE LABEL

Keep the Approved Specification Consistent

We can review component configurations, product dimensions and private-label packaging against your clinic supply brief. Record the accepted SKU and pack format so later deliveries can be compared with the same reference.

Product & pack specification

Component counts, dimensions, materials, adhesive or device interface, and accepted sample reference.

Sterile presentation & shelf life

Sterile status for each SKU, pieces per pouch, sterilization and packaging documentation, expiry format and minimum remaining shelf life.

Bulk supply & replenishment

Pouches or rolls per box, units per carton and quantities for each product. Mixed product inquiries need a quantity against each line.

Private label & destination market

Product and pack artwork, dispensing format, destination country and the required product documentation. MOQ and lead time are confirmed for the selected configuration.

Request a Clinic Supply Quote

Send your component list or current product specification, quantities for each SKU and destination market. For IV fixation, include the catheter model. Add sterile presentation, shelf-life and branding requirements so we can review samples and quote the selected configuration.

06 / PURCHASING QUESTIONS

Clinic Supply FAQs

What are the MOQ and lead time?

Our disposable dressing pack has a listed MOQ of 5,000 sets and a 35–45-day delivery cycle. Custom contents and packaging are quoted against the agreed configuration. Other clinic consumables have their own order quantities and lead times.

Can we customize the dressing pack contents?

Yes. Our dressing pack range supports component configurations and packaging inquiries. Define the required components, counts and sizes, including the glove type and instruments. We confirm feasibility, sterile presentation, MOQ and lead time for that configuration.

Can one purchase inquiry cover several clinic products?

Yes. Include a separate quantity and specification for each pack, gauze item, tape and fixation product. Box and carton counts should remain visible so the quote can be compared with your clinic replenishment units.

What information helps match an existing catheter fixation patch?

The catheter model, hub or wing dimensions, patch size, tubing route and required sterile status. A current sample or drawing helps review the device interface; a photograph and outside dimensions alone may leave important details unresolved.

Which documents apply to sterile clinic consumables?

The selected SKU needs the relevant sterilization, sterile packaging and shelf-life documentation, together with labeling and destination-market requirements. The quotation should identify which items are sterile and the presentation being offered.
