Instruction for Use
Prepare the tape first by cutting into strips ready to use.
Cut the ends in a curve so there are no sharp corners.
Fold each strip of tape over at around 1/4 to 1/3 down and tear the protective backing along the line of the fold.
Apply the tape along the length of the muscle then rub over the surface to fully activate the glue.
