PE shoe covers are produced from resins and additives.

Blown film forming

Raw material mixing → Melt extrusion → blown film traction → cooling and shaping → winding

Extrusion temperature: 160-220℃ (temperature control in 5 zones)

Blow-up ratio: 2.5:1 (Controlling the transverse strength of the film)

Film thickness control

Standard model: 12-15μm (±1μm tolerance)

Thickened version: 18-25μm (puncture-resistant type)

Cutting and forming

High-frequency heat sealing

Temperature: 180-200℃

Pressure: 0.4-0.6MPa

Speed: 60-80 pairs per minute

Treatment of key parts

Curved toe: Ultrasonic cutting (no burrs)

Elastic sealing: Pre-installed TPE rubber band or shrink film process
