1. Firstly, we need to choose the appropriate specifications and sizes, use cotton rolls or cotton sleeves as padding in the fixed areas, wear latex gloves, open the packaging, and remove the bandage.
2. Then soak the bandage in room temperature water for 4-8 seconds, remove it and squeeze out any excess water inside the bandage.
3. Then wrap it in a spiral shape as needed, ensuring moderate tightness. If it is a non supporting part, wrap it 3-4 layers, and if it is a supporting part, wrap it 4-5 layers.
4. Then shape according to the requirements, as the solidification time is usually 3-5 minutes, and the shaping needs to be completed within this time. After 20 minutes, it can fully bear the weight.
5. When dismantling, only a regular gypsum saw is needed, which is very convenient and fast.
