As a purchaser of anti-fog masks, when evaluating and selecting suppliers, you need the latter to provide systematic, professional and reliable information to comprehensively assess their compliance, quality, production capacity and overall strength.

Qualifications and Compliance Documents

This is the bottom line of cooperation, ensuring that the suppliers are legitimate, compliant professional manufacturers.

Business qualifications: Business license, Medical Device Manufacturing Enterprise License.
Product certification: It is of utmost importance!

Domestic sales: Medical device registration certificate and production license (for medical surgical masks and medical protective masks). Or authoritative test report and certification of GB 2626-2019 (Respiratory Self-Contained Filtering Anti-Particulate Respirator), clearly indicating the KN95/KN90 grade.

Export sales: Corresponding certifications for target markets, such as NIOSH N95 certification in the United States, CE certification in the European Union, AS/NZS 1716 certification in Australia, etc.

System Certification: ISO 13485 or ISO 9001 certification certificates, which prove that the company has a stable and reliable quality management system.

Product Quality and Performance Documentation

This directly concerns whether the product is truly "what it claims to be", especially the authenticity of its anti-fog function.

Full-item inspection report: This is the latest batch inspection report issued by a third-party authoritative testing institution with CMA/CNAS qualifications. The report should not only include core protection indicators such as filtration efficiency, breathing resistance, and tightness, but must specifically include the test methods and results for "anti-fog performance" or "air flow distribution". This is the key to verifying their anti-fog claims.

Raw material traceability document:

The certification of the grade of the core filtering material (melt-blown fabric), such as a test report that complies with GB 2626 or an equivalent standard.

The supplier information and batch quality inspection reports of the main raw materials such as nose bridge strips (memory foam, plastic strips), non-woven fabric, and ear straps ensure the reliable source of materials and stable performance.

Anti-fog Technology White Paper/Details: Request the supplier to provide detailed technical documentation about their anti-fog technology, explaining its implementation principle (such as sealing structure design, air flow guidance design), and preferably include diagrams or test comparison data.

Production and Supply Chain Capability Document

This determines whether the supplier can deliver qualified products on time, stably and in large quantities.
Production capacity proof: Number of existing production lines, degree of automation, maximum daily/monthly production capacity.

Quality control process: Specific standards and record samples for incoming material inspection (IQC), process inspection (IPQC), and finished product inspection before leaving the factory (OQC).

Production environment certification: If it is a medical mask, a test or certification report from a clean workshop with a cleanliness level of 100,000 or above is required.

Supply chain stability description: Inventory strategies for core raw materials, procurement capabilities, and measures to deal with fluctuations in raw material prices.
