On September 24, 2025, the Ho Chi Minh City International Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Exhibition (Pharmedi & Healthcare 2025) opened at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center, attracting over 500 enterprises from more than 30 countries to participate. Chinese medical consumables brand Ayida showcased its core products such as suction tubes, seamless tapes, tension reducers, and disposable dressing change kits. On the spot, it signed intention orders worth over 100,000 US dollars with distributors from Vietnam, Thailand, and Indonesia.
This time, the Ayida booth adopts a contrasting color design of "sterile green" and "technology blue", with a focus on showcasing disposable sputum suction tubes. The tube body is made of medical-grade PVC, with a smooth inner wall to reduce sputum residue. The width of the seamless tape is adjustable and it is suitable for postoperative incision closure. The tension reducer reduces the tension of the incision through the principle of mechanical dispersion, promoting healing. During the exhibition, the Ayida technical team demonstrated the product usage methods on site, attracting many purchasing representatives from public hospitals in Vietnam to stop and inquire. According to statistics from Vietnam's Ministry of Health, the market size of medical consumables in Vietnam has reached 1.8 billion US dollars in 2024, with an annual growth rate maintained at over 10%. Ayida is expected to further expand its market in Southeast Asia through this exhibition.
