Customer Visits Ayida Gauze Factory

On May 18, 2026, a South Korean customer visited the factory for business negotiations.

The tour began in the gauze workshop, where the customer observed the complete production process, including raw material inspection, weaving, cutting and folding, sterilization, and final packaging. The customer closely observed the production environment and overall workflow.

The sales team explained the quality control processes used in gauze production, covering fabric density testing, absorbency testing, sterilization control, and packaging inspection. The customer confirmed the stability of product quality and expressed approval of the factory's production management system.

Following the workshop tour, a meeting was held to discuss a medical mask project. Topics included product structure, material selection, filtration requirements, and OEM customization. AYIDA also introduced its new anti-fog and pure cotton masks developed this year.

The South Korean customer presented their market needs and confirmed their intention to conduct sample testing and further technical evaluation to facilitate future cooperation.

This visit helped both parties better understand each other's expectations and working standards, and further strengthen cooperation in medical consumables.
