How to use?
- Confirm that the individual packaging is intact and within the valid period.
- Open one end and just hold the tail end of the rod, avoiding touching the cotton ball with your fingers.
- Immerse the cotton ball completely in 0.5% iodophor or 75% alcohol. When removing it, gently squeeze out the excess liquid at the bottle opening to prevent dripping.
- Starting from the center of the wound, replace a new cotton swab for each round of wiping. The area should extend at least 5 cm beyond the edge of the wound.
- Used cotton swabs should be immediately placed in a medical waste bag and must not be re-dipped into the disinfectant solution to avoid contamination.
